This pecan shelling system is designed to be a complete operation from sanitizing to packaging the final product. A list of the items involved in making this system complete is as follows:
We also offer a single aspirating unit that can be used with this system. Typically, it is used just before the inspection table to remove even more shell from the product. This unit is called a Re-Run Aspirator.
The Eagle Shelling System can come as a complete package, or if an individual already has some equipment for shelling, this system can be modified to utilize their existing equipment. This system is virtually dust free. As a user you will be amazed at the cleanliness of this system compared to other systems that are available. You will also be amazed at the degree of shell separation compared to other systems. This system can handle the output of five Modern Electronics Pecan Crackers (approximately 500 pounds per hour).
