The Five Screen Stack Sizer was designed to size product into six different sizes. In many shelling operations, this sizer is placed immediately after a sheller to separate similar sizes of nut meat and shell into separate containers or to resize pecans after floating and drying. It can be used to feed blowers for air separation of nut meat and shell or the product can be caught in drums.
This sizer can hold a maximum of five screens. The number of sizes that this sizer will separate product into is equal to the number of screens plus one. For example, if you have two screens in the sizer, you will have three sizes discharged out of the sizer. The screen sizes are 26-5/8 in. wide x 66 in. long. The screen material is round hole perforated 16 GA. Steel Sheet that has been zinc plated. We offer screens with many different hole sizes
All food contact surfaces are sanitary stainless steel except for the sizing screens which are zinc plated steel. The discharge chutes are manufactured with round bottoms to minimize milling loss.
