New information on the Modern Electronics Pecan Cracker.
Before bagging the product, many pecan shellers prefer to have their employees visually inspect the product on both sides. These inspection tables are specially designed to flip the pecans over at each step.
The Modern Electronics Inspection Table comes standard with Input Hopper, Variable Speed Controller for each step and Input Hopper Tray, and three Reject Containers per step. Optional attachments include larger Input Hopper, and Screen Discharge on the end of the table.
Built from heavy wall tubing, this sturdy table will last and last, not only because of it's construction, but because there are virtually no moving parts. This makes maintenance a breeze. Simply unplug and remove the drive units, and the entire table can be cleaned in no time at all. All food contact surfaces are made of sanitary stainless steel.
If requested, the input hopper may be removed to allow feeding of the Inspection Table by other means ( usually a CIT Sizer ).
The standard deck size is 13" X 24". Other deck sizes are availabel on a special order basis.
